Injecting Insulin Through Clothing… Is It Safe (Gasp!) Or Not?

Anyone who need to inject at work will be frustrated by needing to find somewhere private to expose skin and inject.  At best its irritating at worst it feels like banishment for ritual self-flagulation!

This article summarises studies into whether it is safe or not to inject through clothing.  If you are in safety gear, leathers or some other thick material it is probable a no go, but through light or office clothing it seems OK to do this from time to time.  With the fine needles we have today helping as well this a quick stab before lunch seems a realistic option!
